Biography
Sophie qualified with a Masters in Physiotherapy from Robert Gordon University. During her studies Sophie gained experience in Acute Care, Oncology, Palliative Care and MSK clinics – giving her a wide range of experience to help you get moving and feeling better.
She gained a wealth of experience working in a physiotherapy clinic in Canada, specialising in exercise rehab for complex patients – where she designed and led exercise programs for large groups of patients. Showing she has the skills and confidence to deliver the highest quality care for all ages and abilities.
Never one to relax, Sophie worked hard to gain extra qualifications in sports taping, massage, and pitch-side first aid which she undertakes with a semi-professional football team.
Being a dedicated gymnast for 15 years honed Sophie’s love of sport, competition, and hard work. Gaining a passion for physiotherapy after going through an ACL reconstruction, Sophie understands what it is like to be on the treatment table and off. She has a unique perspective on the importance of strong guidance and support from a good physiotherapist in achieving the best possible outcomes for you.
