Biography
Ruby is a qualified Physiotherapist who graduated from Robert Gordon University with a distinction in her Master of Physiotherapy programme. Alongside her Physiotherapy degree, Ruby holds additional qualifications in sports massage and dry needling, allowing her to offer a, hands-on approach to treatment.
Ruby has experience working as a Physiotherapist within professional and semi-pro football, she currently works as the Physio for Formartine United F.C. Working in a sporting environment has given Ruby practical insight into managing acute injuries and supporting return-to-sport goals.
Ruby is passionate about working with people of all ages and abilities. Ruby is committed to helping people reduce pain, improve function, and get back to doing what they love- safely and confidently.
Originally from Edinburgh, Ruby moved to Aberdeen to pursue her studies in Physiotherapy. Outside of work, Ruby enjoys staying active through football, running, and strength training.

What's the most rewarding thing about your role?
Being able to help others to overcome injuries and achieve what they’re passionate about. Just making a difference to others!
