Questions and answers
What song is most played on your playlist right now?
My favourite song is ‘Cocoon’ by Catfish and the Bottlemen. Although, when I am training, I prefer a dance or electronic vibe such as ‘Asa’ by Âme, or ‘leave me alone’ by Fred again.
What is the most rewarding part of your role?
The most rewarding part of my role is using my skills in sports massage to help people return to what they love or help enhance their ability to perform in it. Also, I enjoy that through coaching I can play a role in supporting people to become the strongest version
of themselves and achieve their personal goals.
What is the weirdest food you’ve tried?
The weirdest food I have tried has to be beetroot cake. Although, once I got over the initial thought and the texture of it, the cake itself actually tasted quite nice.
What is the most exciting thing you’ve ever done?
The most exciting thing I have ever done is snorkelling in the Great Barrier Reef in Australia. While doing this, I was able to see the coral formations, clownfish, and other marine life up close.
