Biography
Lisa is originally from Ireland and has moved to Aberdeen to complete her MSc in Physiotherapy. She currently holds a BSc (Hons) in Athletic and Rehabilitation Therapy which focuses on the prevention, assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries. She has extensive experience working in private clinics, having previously worked in Ireland before coming to Scotland, working with high level athletes and persons of all walks of life. She has also worked closely with various sports teams including GAA, soccer and rugby. This role included pre match preparation, on field immediate care, injury assessment and rehabilitation. She has experience working with high level athletes, having joined the clinic for the Rogue Invitational treating and preparing elite crossfit athletes and Strong men and women for their sport.
Outside of work, she enjoys playing sports with her main interest being camogie. She also enjoys Gaelic football and a little bit of golf. Lisa recently took up running and ran her first half marathon in Edinburgh. Lisa’s next aim is to learn how to swim.
