Biography
Connor is qualified with an MSc in Physiotherapy, a BSc (Hons) in Applied Sport and Exercise Science, and a diploma in blasting Creed in clinic. Connor works as a consultant physiotherapist for elite CrossFit and Hyrox athletes across the world, and across all activities.
- Connor holds extensive experience in:
Sports Performance: Having worked with the SRU, CrossFit athletes and elite level Hyrox athletes, Connor really understands the ins and outs of sports performance, strength and conditioning, and progressive high-level athletes. Time spent with Aberdeen Football Club and Scottish cricket give Connor an understanding of sports performance other physiotherapists in Aberdeen can’t match.
- Physiotherapy Led Personal Training:
Traditional personal trainers can’t know it all. Physiotherapy led personal training bridges that gap between traditional physiotherapy and personal training, getting you fast, effective results, staying injury free. Using the skills and knowledge from his sports performance coaching plus his experience as a natural bodybuilder, he is able to create tailored training programmes specific to your needs and goals.
- Military Experience:
Connor’s experience in the defence healthcare sector has equipped him with unique insights and skills. Working with military personnel, he has honed his ability to manage acute injuries, rehabilitation, and long-term physical conditioning, making him exceptionally adept at handling high-stress and demanding environments
When Connor is not in the clinic he will definitely be found blasting Creed and lifting in the gym!

Seeing people progress and achieve. The feeling I get from that reminds me why I became a physiotherapist.

Training, hiking, spending time with my family.
